The Resource Guild presented their monthly “Black Media Mixer ATL” 0n April 25th at The Legacy Center hosted by Randi O (The Resource Guild, MultiMedia Maven). This event included high-level networking with media professionals and the critically acclaimed “State of Black Media '' panel that features Emmy Award Winning TV & Radio Professionals. Our panelists for this month were: Michael Wright (Owner of Big Shot Radio / Big Shot Music Group), Bonnie Banks (Media personality & Assistant Producer for Yung Joc and the Streetz Morning Takeover - Streetz 94.5), Aungelique Proctor (Emmy Award-Winning Journalist - Fox5 Atlanta), Ray Cornelius ( Producer/Host of Upfront on - SiriusXM / Jazz WCLK 91.9) and moderated by Mr. Daniel Dickey (Renaissance Man /Award Winning Brand Strategist / The Resource Guild). Attendees also enjoyed complimentary lite bites & cocktails were provided as well. This event was created to bring cohesion, comradery, and collective consciousness to Black Media in the Black Mecca. Panelists discussed cancel culture, black unity, giving back to the black community, how to stand out and perfect your craft in the media industry, and so much more! We enjoyed a pleasant evening with all the attendees who came to the event.
